It was cloudy this morning, sorta grey out over the sky, however this has changed in a matter of about 20 minutes. It's very dark, the trees are hanging low from the heavy rain, the wind picks up and blows the leaves up a little bit and carrys the branches along with it.
The thunder is almost every few seconds if not it's almost as a continuous roll of repeating booms takes place, then a little shot of lightning...
I'm going to watch from my desk the storm, check the weather, make my whole gains shake, maybe make it a large one today, wow that strike of lightning was awesome.....

Heat and water...
I love cold water, it's so hot outside and to have COLD water is the best.
There are two water fountains where I work right now, one is awesome and the other is way awesome. The reason I express these two are both awesome, one is filtered water and it's not that bad at all as far as temperature goes. However it's outside in the warehouse and I prefer to stay inside the office area, that is why the other water fountain is way awesome, because it's freezing cold and it's right around the corner from my desk.
They are both equally the same, different styles but serve the same purpose...
On hot days like these we have been having for a few days now it's vital that we drink water and replenish the nutrients in our bodies so that we don't flush them all away at the same time, this woman Jeanne told me that today and I never really thought about it once. She was ill from drinking too much water, which I didn't think was possible.
Either way --- it reminded me of being a kid in school and going to the fountain, I used to not like the warm water, so I would stand by the water fountain and let the water run till it came out cool. I assume the refrigerant didn't start running again until the water was moved out of the system and thought to myself that waiting a few extra seconds to get cooler water wasn't such a bad idea, afterall I miss out a few more seconds in class this way, haha!
